This Disclosure Text has been prepared in order to fulfill the Disclosure Obligation of Balkans Tuna Association (hereinafter referred to as the 'Association') within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.

In your transactions made through Online Donation on the website of Balkans Tuna Association, we automatically process only your name and surname from your identity information based on the legal reasons in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Your other personal data or credit card, bank information, etc. are not processed by our institution.

The credit card information you provide for donations made through our website is protected by 3D Secure international security certificate and is definitely not recorded by our association.
